- Ownership: Depends on the contract All software, code, and related materials developed during the project are the exclusive property of the Client. Viody Alfaridzi has no ownership rights to the intellectual property created as part of this project. However, if the contract is a cooperation contract, product ownership will be divided according to what is stated in the contract and agreement.
- Portfolio Usage: Viody Alfaridzi is granted the right to showcase the project in his professional portfolio for the purpose of highlighting skills and expertise. This includes project descriptions, screenshots, and brief code excerpts.
- Confidentiality: Viody Alfaridz agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information obtained during the project, including client-specific details and business processes.
- Client’s Rights: The client retains the right to use and deploy the software as agreed upon in the project contract. Viody Alfaridzi grants the client a non-exclusive, royalty-free license for the intended use of the software.
